« VOLVO THROTTLE FAILURE ISSUE INTENSIFIES | Main | NHTSA REJECTS GAO RATINGS, TEST RECOMMENDATIONS »
In a Toronto Globe and Mail update called UnLocking the Riddle of the Ratings Game, CTVs Car/Business hosts tried to make sense out of US car safety ratings for a confused listener. They discussed strong and weak points of ratings from NHTSA and IIHS (the latter won by a hair) but finally recommended a vehicle the Volvo V70 which wasnt even rated by IIHS. Confusion over car rating systems is sure to continue.
