CAMRY SUDDEN-ACCELERATION CLAIM REJECTED

According to Automotive News, NHTSA has rejected a claim that 2002-05 Toyota Camry models are defective due to electronic throttle systems that permit unintended acceleration. The claim was made in a petition and supporting documents filed with the agency by a Phoenix lawyer.
