HYUNDAI RAPPED FOR FAILURE TO PRODUCE DOCUMENTS

According to a litigation consultant newsletter, Hyundai has been found by a Washington appellate court to have abused discovery in litigation involving severe injuries to the plaintiff, Jesse Magana, after being ejected from the rear hatchback of a 1966 Hyundai Accent. According to the newsletter, published by L.S. Sherman Litigation Consulting, the court reinstated a verdict against the manufacture awarding the plaintiff $8 million.
